	The TEXCOLOUR Rotating Dye Extractors are Professional drum machines designed to dye all types of fabric that do not require pressure as part of the dyeing process. The TEXCOLOUR Machines are excellent for repeatability and level bleaching. The NC6DM is 2 to 6 kg (4 to 13 pound) capacity sample machine that includes all of the standard features found on the larger models. The NC45DM and other large models are designed to accommodate a variety of production requirements. All TEXCOLOUR Dye Machines are controlled by a fuly automated, self-diagnostic microprocessor. Each machine includes an invertor-drive. The components of the dyeing drum and inlet valve system that are in contact with a dye-bath are constructed of 316-L Stainless Steel. Each machine also includes a sample door for easy sampling without interruption to the dye process or liquor bath. The speed and dwell-time of the cylinder are controlled by the microprocessor through the frequency-invertor drive. This prevents fabric from being mechanically damaged.
